I was greatly surprised when I received this swiss army canvas with
leather pouch ,seeing it was a 1945 production ware !
It looks just as new as if it was yesterday made !
I payed only 1 euro for it at an auction in -bay .The seller posted only a
photo of it with no more details.Saying it was only a "army pouch" ,I knew
it was old ,but thought from the 60's .... not from the 40's
This pouch is exactly what I need for relic hunting , 9 inches long and 6 inches wide.
To think that it was made only 4 years before I was born and still in pristine condition
It feels great to hunt at the fields with so an historical piece -something rugged
enough for the next years ahead
