Great relic hunt with forum buddies, CW bullets and a bit of silver

Got out yesterday with VAMark and Longbow for a dig day. I had a great day hanging out and recovered some goodies. Got some nice, dropped 3-ringers, a Scovil & Co. Button Back, a 1962 D Rosie, and a bunch of junk. Just in case you missed the pic of the RRJ (Relic Recovery Jeep) all loaded down, here it is again.

I can't wait to get back at it again. I hope this amazing weather hold up for as long as possible. Happy Hunting!

Did you find out what that thin round item was? coin, button, token???

Oh, I think it's the very bottom of a Spencer casing. I matched up the size with one I already had. Looks identical and would make sense. I think all that black stuff caked on it was gun powder.
