Nov-Dec catch-up ---- Diggin in Virginia

Hey y'all! I'll have a couple new threads here, finally getting some finds organized and posted haha. First up, Diggin in Virginia!

Find of the hunt was the sword belt plate and keeper, targets number two and three on the first day LoL.

I also spent some time with my friend Barry as he dug out the Champagne Pit, filled with many many broken champagne bottles and a few whole too. Barry let me take home his huge box of broken glass to attempt some reconstructions, and even dig out a whole one for myself. He's a heck of a nice guy. Here's the results of the reconstruction project so far.

Thanks y'all! Been two years since a plate before this one (not including the melted one haha) so it felt good to break the dry spell haha

Yep, tons of shalers there. I got two tops and two bottoms, no middles. But I was gifted middles from friends of mine from that field after the hunt to make them whole
