I can't imagine I can hurt it any more than it's already been tortured...
What is the best way to clean it so I can see what it is?
I bought a nylon Dremel attachment (like this one. If that doesn't do anything, I also bought a brass brush attachment like this.
Found it under an inch of packed gravel mixed with some concrete in my hometown just outside of New Castle, PA ...
Looks like something commemorating the 75th (?) anniversary of something in/from 1930 (?)
Reverse is a *lot* worse... Oh, and it is *not* attracted to a magnet.
