Epoxy and some fiberglass cloth should work. Surface prep is the key to any adhesive holding it together, the adhesive has to have something to grab on to. For plastic, I usually rough up with some very rough grit sand paper, then score a cross hatch pattern with a sharp hobby knife. The repair doesn't need to look pretty, it just needs to work.
You might even be able to design a bracket, and have someone make it on a 3d printer.
