Actually a Half Dime! MoBob and I got out yesterday to the site we call Camp Buck n Ball. Beautifully weather and a great hunt. That area is where a lot of lead was being poured - we have found minnies, roundballs, and over 300 buck balls at this site.
We were able to swing in areas normally under water. I got a strong solid 76 on the T2SE, expecting a .69 Minnie and out popped a 1854 half dime! Pretty good shape, and my first half dime.
We got our usual quota of buck balls, some camp lead, pistol bullets, and couple larger round balls. It was great to get out - had been over a month since the last time we could hunt. Bob's finds are in his plastic case. He also found a cool old ax head I didn't get a pic of. Thanks for looking. GL & HH
