UPS stores and insurance

I must have jinxed myself, I ordered a rebuilt car part from a place that only ships UPS. The part was one of a kind and the last one in stock too. Well UPS lost my package and they are not taking responsibility what so ever! I should have had FedEx pick up the package like I did before when I was threatened with shipping UPS. The part's place will replace the part with a new junk reproduction one that's made in China.

I hope no one here works for UPS.
