This is probably the most unique thing I’ve found. I originally thought it was a piece of canslaw, then saw it was a hand-crafted figure. It’s 3” tall. I haven’t been able to find anything out about this type of thing, any input would be appreciated.

First thought is it looks like a native American woman in fringed leather clothing..silver?
 
Here’s a picture of the back. It’s not silver, I think it’s aluminum.
