It’s NCAA tournament time again. That time when normally sane and rational people turn into maniacs. It has been reported that US businesses lose over $3 billion in productivity due to distracted or missing employees during March. Illegal betting becomes rampant and everyone is heard muttering about blown brackets. The beer, soft drink and snack food industries sees a sizable jump in revenues.
My wife is a college basketball junkie. Dirty dishes and laundry will pile up. I’ll have to forage on my own. I'll try to ignore her outbursts at the TV. The dogs just hide in fear throughout the tournament.
The only thing I have to say about March Madness is – GO KU!
