im looking for a good pinpointer to save me lots of time. i was thinking about the garrett pro pointer but i dont know if 125 is a lot for just a pinpointer. what over ones work well but aren't that expensive, or would you just recommend the garrett pp.

I wouldn't go detecting without mine. Talk to Andrew at N.E.D. for a great deal on a combo deal with the Lesche. I think they're on back order (which should tell you something right there) but he'll hook you up when they do come in.

Works great for me, when it works. Mine went back to Garrett last week for repair. Button quit working. Only worked when I held the button down. Had it since Christmas. 2 year warranty. $10.00 UPS to ship it back to Texas for repair. Hope to get it back next week. So much easier to detect with it.

I like the vibra-probe. Got it 2 weeks ago after trying a friends pro pointer. Easy on-off, better depth, strong protected tip.
