I woke up bright and early today, actually it was still dark...Headed out of my town for some beach detecting, made it about 5 miles out of the city and my oil pressure light comes on! Crap! Pulled over and saw that i had oil coming out from the bottom front of the motor, not as good as you might think.... Shut it off and topped it off with 2 quarts i had behind the seat, turned around and tried limping along to get back to some civilization.
Actually made it in to town without hearing any terrible noises from my truck. Pulled in to a gas station and the truck DIED. Got towed to my mechanic, the news just gets better....
That 5 miles or less that i carefully drove back is going to cost me about as much as the Excalibur II i was hoping to buy!
