Nice jeep, they are tough, but the new ones are a big upgrade compared to the 1980s jeeps, they were loud, and shook and rattled when driving...

Quite different
All of my previous Jeeps were 80's and prior. This one is definately much more comfortable, felt quite nice doing 85 down the autobahn today. It still has the jeep feel and quality to it though. You can still fold the windshield down, doors still come off, drain plugs are still there.
The good thing is I will have this one here for a few years in Germany under warranty before I get back to the states and start tinkering with it and doing more serious off roading.
