High Springs area on the Santa Fe river NW of Gainesville? About the best river and place in the Whole Wide World....Good Mudpuppy memories made geezling around as a young Man in that area...Yeah...I could definitely live on that stretch...I call it the 'Dead Zone' all the way out to Yankeetown on the Gulf...Its paradise....The rest of Florida?, not so much..

Don't waist your time down here. The beach you wanted to detect I was there last week. They have started re-nourishing the south end. I don't think they will go all the way north. South end was narrow before the storm after the storm almost to the seawall in places. They are not pumping the sand from off shore it is being trucked in
