De-Lamination on Screen

I have an ATP that has a line right in the middle of the screen where the VDI numbers come up. At first I thought it was a scratch but it is perfectly smooth and when you wipe your finger across it you can see it deflect the way your swiping it. I'm sure Garret will take care of it just wondering if anyone else had this happen. Worried to try it in the water now??

Had the same concern about 1 1/2 years ago.
Had it for a while and it went away.
Remember a post from back then that had same symptom without any functionality problems (other than slight visibility problem).

I wouldn't worry about it.
No problem here and I have had it submerged many times.

Wouldn't worry unless you see blank pixels or moisture under the screen.

This happened to my dad's ATP, so I called Garrett. They said it's the screen overlay touching the display making it look wet. They mailed me a new screen overlay and problem solved.
