It's not going to win any beauty prizes, but I'm more into function than perfection. This will get the job done. As others have done, I took my cheap Harbor Freight trench shovel and shaved about 3/4" off both sides, curving outward at the top to retain a spot for my foot and not risk bending the metal, cut some simple teeth (look kind of like an old friend of mine's... Not too uniform or matched!), then sharpened the edges. Like I said: Not pretty, but functional!
