If you think your job is tough and you don't get paid enough, check out these construction workers making the equivalent of about $6.00 per day working 7 days per week, rain or shine. They also live in makeshift shacks right on the construction site.

This is how you get cement from the ground up to the 3rd floor.

We used to do things like that but we used bigger buckets AKA drop buckets. Not so sure pouring it slowly is safe though, It is going to harden at different levels along the shaft instead of one solid collum, the rebar helps though.
It will keep you strong,or break your back.
