Equinox had no volume?

Hi guys i have had my 600 for 1.5 months and have used it atleast 100 hours and am really happy with it so far. I was hunting the shoreline on a freshwater beach and noticed when ever I would submerge it I would lose volume for up to 5 minutes. This cant be normal? I first thought maybe the speaker outlet had water in it but remember the first time I used it at the beach I could actually hear it when it was submerged. Anyone else have this happen.

I haven't hunted with my in the water enough yet to have that problem, but the troubleshooting chart in the manual states...

"Speaker is squeaky or muffled after submersion in cold water

1. Allow up to half an hour for the detector internal air pressure to return to normal."

Wow i didnt know they were in such high demand. They were in stock at my local store last week, but now they are on back order. :mad:

looks like Nox selling well

I guess if the nox is selling well, so will the accessories and maybe the Nox demand caught the accessories dealers by surprise.

Equinox had no volume?
