Army companies just use letter designations, so its more likely Company L 1st platoon.

Just another quick update. I had custom mats cut for them and framed them, pics are in the original post on page 1. Came out pretty well.

I agree, what a fun ride this find/post has been. Coins are fun, but when you find something personalized and can actually find who owned them, that's even better IMO. Keep up the good work, congrats!
