O this is really fun to do on a day off or spare time. I have been successful many of times. Of course its hit or miss but to get a 1964 or before half dollar for 50 cents when it has a melt value of 10.00 is awesome. Also 1965 to 1970 half dollars are not as bad as well. I usually just do 50 cent pieces quarters and dimes are not worth the effort.
