Looks like you two had a lot of fun, enjoy them while they're little they grow up fast, My youngest just moved out of the house yesterday

We only break them up where there is more dirt than grass and it doesn't matter...traveled paths etc...if there is real grass there... I don't break them up.. In this area the snow plow regularly scrapes the grass away so its not pretty there anyway...LOL
