Asked my local Century 21 agents would they mind if I metal detected some of their empty properties here and they said it was OK with them. Whoo hoo! So I'm going to hit a couple of houses built in the early 1900's this weekend.

Snowy and I happen to have friends that have that exact job title...brokers! The guy was actually the person that married us!

I called up that real estate agent to thank him for letting me metal detect that place. I told him what I found and he was a little surprised. He told me there are some other properties closer to downtown that he could find for me. I feel like I won the lottery
