Not the worst day I've had, but not the best either. While my buddy is finding IH's and Mexican silver coins, I'm finding this...

Yeah, that one's interesting. I thought it was a toy shield at first, but then realized it was a lapel pin. It says "M.S.Meyers - New York" on the back. I'll have to look it up when I have time.
 
Okie, what kind of Mexican silver coins is he finding? My uncle once found a 1909 Mexican dime.
 
It's a 10 centavos ZsZ that was minted between 1893 and 1897. He'll probably post some pics tonight or tomorrow.

Wish I had a so so day like that. Here in Washington St we don't have the rich history like some of you folks do. Only bit of history I have found so far is a WA State tax token from 1935 and some old shotgun casing from 1887 -1916. Cool part about the finds they were on my personal property.
