I minored in art when taking photography in my younger days, but have been away from drawing/painting for a long time.

I now get a kick out of creatively editing photos for funny results. just as a casual fun thing to do.

You could draw an occasional metal detecting cartoon having a character doing metal detecting with a funny caption.

Your Yogi bear drawing reminded me of a photo edit I did a while back, this is simply an edit not an actual drawing by me -

Acrylics. Then coat with clearcoat. The Fire Salamander I posted wasn't finished when I took the pic.
