Hello i was marking down some parks in california and beaches to go hunting with my detector and i was wondering is it against the law to hunt in some parks would they come kick me of or something? Or can i hunt anywhere
And i read somewhere if i find something worth $100 i have to turn it in... Why would i do that lol

Research this well!!!!! We all cover for each other and offer advise but realistically it will be you paying the fines or suffer the embarassment.

You cant hunt any national park. You can hunt state park beaches along as they arent HISTORICAL. As far as I know you dont have to turn in anything.

Parks in California are pretty much fair game as long as you dig good plugs and fill your holes. No need to ask permission. Stay away from state and national parks except for state beaches.
