I'm thinking about trying wireless headphones for my detector. Anyone give them a try yet? Any recommendations? Pros cons?

I have been thinking about a Bluetooth connection using a cellphone connectivity kit for phones that don't have bluetooth built in. Its kind of expensive route to go and I am not sure if it would cause interference. Anybody know? I use noise canceling earplugs right now but they have a standard cord instead of a coiled spring type. I am always putting my knee on it when I dig.

I've been looking at some Logitech Bluetooth sets. The transmitter looks to be about 1 1/2"x 3" and would plug right in to my headphone jack w/adapter. Some of these on Ebay are going for $24.95

The headphone sets seem to be $200 to $300, ouch! It would be nice to have an adapter on the headset side that you could use standard headsets or earplugs.
