Not sure where Shell Point Florida is, I am over near Cape Canaveral.

Shell Point is actually in North Florida. Not very big, no hotels, no marina, no restaurant (anymore). About 100 miles east along the shoreline from Panama City Beach, do south of Tallahassee about 40 miles.
