Default Dog tag tax.

Went out detecting had a great time. I didn't find any thing too exciting today. I did find a small buckle that needed a soaking in vinegar to reveal what it looked like. I pulled out my vinegar container and it had something that I had put in there over a month ago. My best find today 3/4 of a 1931 dog tag. Some of these older tags are very thin and brittle. Cool find! I like those old dog tags. I know they are usually in the shape of something. It took me a minute to see this one is(was) in the shape of the number "31"; for the year 1931. Nice!

Cool! Maybe that was Spike’s tag - you know, Snoopy’s brother...he lived in the desert near Needles...his best friends were cacti -
