Why is it that in the 40% half dollars , Eisenhour's and Kennedy's , that the Eisenhour's are worth more , about twice as much , if their both 40% . Do the Eisenhour's just weigh that much more ? I'm sure someone here can help . Thanks.

An Eisenhower is not a half, its a dollar, thus worth twice as much...

Also Ikes are not 40% that I know of...

"Blue Ikes" (blue packaging from mint), 1971-1974 and 1976 brilliant uncirculated S mint 40% silver dollars.

"Brown Ikes, (brown box from mint) 1971-1974 and 1976 proof S mint 40% silver dollars.

There are no 1975 Kennedy halves or Eisenhower dollars.

Also, not all S-mint Ikes dollars are silver. 1973, 1974 and 1976 S mints were also made in non-silver versions.
