BONE 19 Days (4 days) April 26 - 29, 2012 All interested in metal detecting, treasure hunting, collecting and Historical Research are invited to attend, come learn and share. Because we are few, most events require an advance registration. You may send separate checks or one check & to use a credit card its an extra $5.00. With payment, explain who you are, what you are paying for & provide your mailing & email address, and telephone number. April 26 9:am to 5:pm Natural Hunt on settlement land in Alstead, NH, sponsored by Minelab Americas & Streeters. $35 entry fee to find natural & planted treasures.. Trophies awarded for best finds for 1st & 2nd. Hunt master is (TinPanMan) Brian Thomas of Peterborough, NH. This years Natural hunts will have a few tokens buried for valuable old coins. Tokens buried 2 to 4 inches deep in difficult areas. Token old coins prizes were purchased from Rare Coins of New Hampshire. Hunt held rain or shine, no refunds. All prizes awarded!! One person per detector. Hunters must fill in all holes, remove trash & dispose of it properly. Headphones & a goodie bag required. No coils larger then 12 inches wide. No pulse detectors. Donated door prizes from Streeters, Minelab Americas, Outdoor Outfitters, Coco & others. When you sign up, you will be sent a map to hunt site & to Christmas Party & turkey dinner following hunt. Bring your own everything. Make check payable to PTHHS & mail to PTHHS & David Gaillardetz, 307 Main St., Marlborough, NH 03455. Hunt may be filmed. Apr. 26, 7:pm social hour & 8pm meal. All invited!!!! Christmas in April. Because of bad winter weather, we have our Christmas party @ BONE days. Christmas Turkey Supper is $15 each in advance & $5 off to any BONE hunter or PTHHS member. BYOB, Held at Post 25 American Legion Hall, Rte 101 Marlborough, NH. Jeannie Wrisley catering (1-413/478-3264) with help from Ken Stoddard, Jason H., Rick F., John S. & maybe Joe Audette Tonight will be a fun supper & Christmas Party. Please bring great sprits & a worthy $10 + or - Christmas gift for exchange. Maybe also bring food or money donation for the Community Kitchen. Door prizes too. April 28 9:am to 4:00pm Treasure hunters & Prospector's hobby show with workshops, gold panning and a best finds contest, club & business booths. Charity Chinese Auction with a Minelab Excalibur II underwater metal detector & several other metal detectors & other worthy items.
Hobby show at Recreation Center, 312 Washington St., Keene, NH. $5.00 cover charge & under 16 free. Questions tel. Streeters 1-603-876-4443.
