I detected there late '70s with my dad, Hutch seemed pretty cleaned out with our detectors having about a 3" depth limit to them, but got a Barber Dime at Library Square. Fairgrounds had several thousand tiny holes, enough for me to not even want to try. Tried to detect one of those 1800s square block parks in Litchfield, but had to quit right away due to extreme mosquito problem.
Did manage to find a 1890 Indian Head penny in Extra Fine condition in Grove City at 1800s Triangle Park. Just one common wheat cent in Dassel park which I know goes back to 1800s.
