This thing has a stamp on the bottom. It says "pat. June 1.97." And it could say "williamson co. Newark nj".
It is a brass tube like a lipstick tube. It is two layers of brass and the inside one, it has two slots cut out of it. In the bottom there is a solid piece of iron that fills the tube about a half inch and goes up to where there was a screw that held it in place. In the pic you can see a hole with iron. So from that hole to the bottom is solid iron.
And there is a plate attached to this that has the ANHEUSER BUSCH logo.
Any guesses?
