letters inside of ring

What does the NO.7 mean inside this ring?
I am guessing it is not gold what do you think it is?
Also the little strawberry has little red cut stones what do you think this might be?
I found these at a local fairground. Thank you for your help.

Yes, Most likely the ring size. The red stones on the strawberry look like common glass rhinestones.
