i found one of those in my own yard a couple of months ago. it was hiding in the same hole with several nails. (i'm glad i re-checked the hole, lol)

i can't quite tell in your first photo, but is the writing in English? mine is in French.

all I can make out with my poor eyesight and no magnifying glass are the letters 'VOUS'

which to me at least sounds french .... but then again, I failed out of french =/

I wish I could put a date on this. It looks old. But then again, it's been sitting in a rock/sand/mud beach for who knows how long being steadily lapped by the toxic waters of the Potomac.

It could be a week old lol
