Bullhead City, Az. (Laughlin, Nv.)
I found several foundations and abandoned houses and was wanting to know about researching to find the owners.....

Anyway of doing it lazy way as in calling a city office to get the owner info?
If so or not, what place do I contact?

None of the places had for sale signs, but some had papers on windows, (faded could not read)......

Thanks

Jim

Depending upon how old these places are and where they're located (in town or deep in the boonies), you could try Zillow if you knew an approx address.

going to the registry of deeds website for the city/town/state that you live in works. If you have to pay a fee etc for that...go down there and do a manual search and look for the most recent deed.

also you could use:

NETRoline Public Records

http://publicrecords.netronline.com/

good luck!

oh..if you know people who've lived there forever, you could ask them. They might have known the ppl that lived there....

Oops, I'm not sure how I came up with that one link. It was supposed to be Nevada but it's Washington. What county is Laughlin in?

Search the name of your city and "gis" on Google and you should be able to do the lazy man's method of finding the landowners.
