there is no way to attach it. There is a number on the back. Looks pretty cool. It' about 2x4".

I was thinking drawer also, and probably still is, but there is no way to attach a pull, unless another part came through the small outside holes. Must be.

Yes the handle has bolts that went through outside holes.
If you look close at pic I provided.
Second row from left second one down is your item.
