Whilst I was detecting on the weekend, I noticed that the age range of the coins I was finding was quite broad, so I thought it would be a cool idea if we could see how far we can go in terms of coin age, without missing a year. I don't know if something similar has been done here before, but I thought it would be a cool idea anyway.
So, I'll start off with a 2017 Australian 50c piece. The next person posts a 2016 coin, the next a 2015 coin and so... we'll see how far we can get!
Rules (Please Read!)
1. Only ONE coin post per person per day!
2. Coins must've been found whilst detecting!
3. No skipping of dates!
4. Coins must be in reasonable condition, and the date should be legible!
5. No tokens, just coins please!
6. Also, please provide a brief description of the coin
And please be creative! I don't want to see a whole bunch of crusty pennies!
