I went to a park for a couple of hours today about 15 miles from my house. There is a little history to the park as they have held a town homecoming there for 70+ years. I have pulled 5 or 6 silvers out of there this summer. This little item came up a bouncy 24 on my NOX, and it was about 7" deep. It is very thin, and there is no writing on it. The back side is simply the opposite of the front - like it was punched. There are 7 stars around the edge, and the obvious character on the front. Because of the thin nature of it, I was very cautious about cleaning it, despite my belief it doesn't have any monetary value, I still didn't want to tear it up. It looks familiar to me, but I can't place it, and can't find anything online. Any help in solving this mystery would be appreciated as always. Thanks for looking!
