Many people are receiving the following error:
Cannot open file C
ocuments and SettingsXP USERpplication DataWeather PulseHtmlimagesicons-.ico.
The error is caused by Weather.com not associating an icon with the current conditions. This never use to happen, something at Weather.com is now broken in the their xml feed. So, we have captured the error and displayed the N/A icon ..
