bingo, hunting cw relics today and a large old complete ring pull rings up on my nox 800 exactly as a smaller 3 ringer. UGH!

+1. It goes beyond just pulltabs, too. I was driving behind another car just yesterday when the passenger in that car flipped his cigarette out the window, landing directly on the lawn of the home they happened to be passing. He wouldn't toss it in his own car, or his own lawn, but it was fine to chuck in in someone else's lawn. That kind of casual, inconsiderate behavior is appalling, but disappointingly common.
