Great find, but becareful, if the owner reported it to their carrier as lost or stolen you could find yourself in hot water if you sell it. My neighbor found one at the beach and sold it to a place that buys broken phones. 2 days later the cops where at his door and charged him with receiving stolen property. Even though he explained he found it. Cops told him that he is supposed to turn it in to the police, not sell it. I think he ended up paying a $600 fine when it was over.
