that's why they need to come out with Spam seasoning you could shake on low-fat foods

I just tried an online search for Spam seasoning just in case it was available, but didn't find any

I tried those Mrs. Dash seasoning salts after my heart attack some years ago , that was not a good salt subsitute .

While I have not found any treasure down here in Florida yet , the real treasure has been the weather . Wile it has been snowing and sleeting and cold at our home in Missouri . Still wearing shorts and t shirts most days here , should get to detect most of the winter here .
