KT has to admit this is one of the most unusual CRHs He has ever conducted.
Got the standard 5 Loomis boxes from the bank on Friday, delayed one day due to Columbus Day on last Monday. Anywho, finally got the boxes around 4:30 pm on Friday and after dinner, KT began to hunt.
Box 1 had a few NIFCs but was blank on silver or other goodies.
Box 2 again yielded a few NIFCs, and had a nice 66 40%er! Otherwise de nada.
Box 3 was a surprizing box, giving up 2 Great Britain Large Copper Pennies....both King George V...the ender was a 1913 and the other one a 1936...pre-WWI and pre-WWII....also note the coin was redesigned and King George's head is smaller on the later one.
Box 4 gave a few more NIFCs and another 87 Ken and a 73 Proof Ken!
Box 5 was a total dud.
This would pretty unusual, but when KT went to the bank to make the first dump this morning, He started the machine, heard rattling in the coin bin...stuck in His Royal Fingers and felt....A RING! Stopped the machine and carefully lifted out a plain 14K wedding band weighing in at 2.78 grams for a melt value of $64.55 at today's gold price! How's THAT for a topper! KT was the first in to the coin machine today because He was the first bank customer inside...pays to be first sometimes!
Enjoy the complete picture coverage below! PS: still have to dump the remaining $1500 on Monday so more goodies may follow!
