This weekend my three year old took my shop magnet and was dragging it through the grass. She told me she was looking for treasure. Occasionally she would tell "beep beep beep" and claim there was treasure below. So I asked her if she wanted me to get my detector out. We explored our yard, digging up every nail we found. But the biggest surprise was a 1909 indian head penny in great shape! I think my daughter might be getting a kids sized detector in the near future.
