Any idea on this button

Hey guys any idea on this button? It looks like it has a flower and 10 shields around it. I can’t find it inany of my button books. It is shown here in side of a quarter coin holder. Thanks

I found this picture in a google search but clicking on the link takes you to an Etsy page that is not the correct button. Unfortunately not very useful information for you but maybe it’s a start. I googled button + shields + flower if you want to check it out.
