Back again this afternoon to the same spot,had to wait a while for the tide to drop.
Then it was on again,more greenies,two silver rings a junker & another silver chain.
Then I chased a signal round & round this large hole until I finally had it,dumped the sand from the scoop & noticed a gold ring but damn I had smashed it into 4 pieces :(I have since put the all together & it's stamped 375,weight 3.4 grams.

Finally right on low tide I scored this beautiful colored 18ct wedding band .. weight 4.5 grams. That's # 5 for the year.

Looks like another good year coming up:cool:

I Don't know much about Queensland Australia but, that location must be a gold mine. Congrats on your hunt.
 
outstanding hunt,,,,,man, I have never smashed one and broke it even though I have found broken rings,,,but that is a first that I have seen,,,,,GL HH

It must be peak summertime down there. Show us some pics of the beach sometime.
