What do you think about a new gti 2500 ?

Heavy boat anchor that cost more than it's worth. For less money buy an AT PRO a lot better detector.

I don't know anything about the new ones but I love my old one. It is probably my favorite detector and it balances out well and you don't notice the extra weight. Other than being waterproof, it has most of the features of the other detectors as well as an image scan that shows about what the size of the object is.

I had a 2500.. 10 years ago and the sizing and depth were unreliable. When you dug a plug and scan the hole it showed a different size and depth.
