Tracking Down Who Owns an Abandoned Drive-In.

I'm trying to get permission to go over an old drive in. It's kind of out in the boonies, overgrown, the screen has collapsed, and there's a POSTED sign, but the owner hasn't filled in their name. Any help, hints, tutorials, etc, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Around here all I need is the address and go to the county web site .

Abandoneddriveins.com and pick your state. On some of the listings it has both address and phone number.

Go to your county court house, check tax role.

try your county or city GIS mapper.
It should also list property owners.

In my county on the web is a program called parcel viewer

Your county offices, appraiser or assessor would know for sure. Area real estate brokers would likely know, also.

Yes. Someone is paying land tax on it.

How old is the place and when did it go defunct?

The older the better.
