I saw this recently posted for sale on a local website. The poster advertised it as 18k gold plated, but I've read that KP can mean karat plumb, aka solid 18k. The price for this item is much lower than it should be if it is real. The marking looks suspicious to me, almost too perfect. What do y'all think?

Also, the clasp looks flimsily attached to the bracelet. The seller appears to be a normal person, not a dealer or anything, with just a few random household items for sale.

The two plumb gold rings I’ve found are marked “P14K”.

Not sure about that one in your pic. The clasp is on backwards and the non-soldered ring doesn’t instill confidence. But hard to know for sure.

The flimsy O ring is not a good sign. Also, if it were karat plumb, the P would probably be upper case and not lower case. Without acid testing, I would probably pass that one up, unless it was dirt cheap (pun intended)
