Found these this morning and would like some help on the head stamp. Starting at the 9 o’clock position there’s an F, A, 05 and 12. I believe it’s a Franklin Arsenal made in May of 1912, but I would appreciate confirmation. Thanks in advance.

1903 Springfield stripper clips 30-06 case .Don't know why the fired case is still in the clip .

I have found quite a few blank rounds (also used for grenade launching back when, I think) at a former WWII training camp here in Texas - that's probably what these are.

Frankford Arsenal, not Franklin, but good guess. Likely on the clip because someone picked them up and put them on the clip and tossed them aside.
