Colonial buckle

Hey everyone, found this after work along with a few other relics. Ill have another pic up soon to show the size. If anyone one has any input, it would be appreciated! Found near a cellar hole.

It looks like art nouveau. 1890s-1910.

Thank you! I really thought it was colonial era, most of the relics from this site are usually from that time frame. Oh well, still a cool buckle, a first for me. Happy hunting!
